Default How can I get the Management Studio - 05-26-2008 , 03:08 PM

Hi all,

I don't know why there is no Management Studio after I install SQL Server
2005 Developer Edition. Is something wrong during the installation? If not,
where can I get the Management Studio?

Clara,

It looks like you may not have selected the "Workstation components, Books
Online and Development Tools" when you installed SQL Server. If that is the
case, just follow the instructions at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/913967

Of course, on a desktop you can install those tools, which include
Management Studio, without installing the SQL Server engine.
