Default Hide SQL authentication from SQL Management Studio drop down menu - 03-02-2011 , 06:28 AM

Hi all,
we are in progress to configure a gateway terminal server for system
managers RDP connection.

On this host we want to install SQL 2008 R2 Management Studio (only
client connectivity tool) to grant connection versus many SQL server.

I would like to know if there is some trick (reg key, configuration)
to hide the “sql authentication” option from the drop down menu of the
SQL Management Studio initial window: the goal is force all System
Manager to connect to SQL Server only using “windows authentication”
even if all SQL Server are configured to permit any kind of connection
type.

Thank for any suggestion.

Marco
