Default database diagrams sql 2000 - 08-12-2008 , 06:11 PM






Hi People,
what tool/how do I generate database diagrams/schematics for a sql 2000 db?
I need to see tables, relationships etc.
I only have Enterprise Manager at present.

NJS,

Using Enterprise Manager, expand your database details, select the Diagrams
entry, right-click, choose New Database Diagram... and go to work.

Bad news is that this diagram is not particulary printable. If you also have
Visio or some such simple diagramming tool, you will probably have a better
experience in creating diagrams and printing copies for other people to use.
Although, it would be strictly offline from the database.
