The tools that Djana mentioned come with "full blown" SQL. You get next to
nothing in the way of tools with MSDE. However, what you get out of the box
with "full blown" SQL will carry you a long way and you can use those same
tools to work with MSDE servers.

We are in the process of converting an Access db to SQL
and would like a listing of the tools available with SQL
2000. Our current sw vendor provides SQLite with limited
tools and we are trying to determine whether to use the
MSDE or go with full blown SQL. Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated. |
