I've recently installed Visual Studio 2010 Professional on a new
development notebook PC running Windows 7 Professional. I want to move
my VS2005 VB.NET projects over to it and migrate the projects using
Access 2007 databases to SQL Server databases.
When VS2010 installs, does it install a developer's or express SQL
Server version as well like VS2005 did? If so, where do I go to manage
the SQL Server services and databases - I can't seem to find an
installed application for that? If not, what is the recommended method
for installing SQL Server on a single PC for development purposes? |
I think you are better off asking Visual Studio questions in a VS forum.
Personally I find VS very confusing.
