Default Upgrading Reporting Services 2005 - 12-30-2005 , 07:35 AM

I'm having some difficulty upgrading Reporting Services 2005. I originally
performed an upgrade using the MSDN version with no problems. Now that that
select media is available, I wanted to run through the same upgrade with
that. So... I had the box reformatted, installed SQL 2000 and RS 2000 so it
looked just like our production box and tried to perform an upgrade. I've
re-run this twice now and always get an error message:

SQL Server Setup has encountered the following problem: [Microsoft][SQL
Native Client][SQL Server] Cannot insert duplicate key rwo in object
'dbo.ConfigurationInfo' with unique index 'IX_ConfigurationInfo'.. To
continue, correct the problem, and then run SQL Server Setup again.

The only thing is, I've verified there are no duplicates prior to the
upgrade. I really don't want to install from scratch and redeploy the entire
site, any help is appreciated.

Turns out we got this because we had added an EnableClientPrinting entry to
disable the print button in SQL 2000 after the SP2 bug that broke printing.
Removing this entry prior to runing the upgrade made everything run smoothly.
