In general you can, but it depends from what edition/architecture you come and which you move to. Same Platform, same Edition => Windows Server 2008 R2 64bit, SQL Server 2008 Enterprise 64bit => SQL Server 2008 R2 Enterprise 64bit How to upgrade? Start setup.exe and let the installer do the upgrade?? ...or do I have to do some [required] steps before upgrading? Any advice? |
