System:
Win 2003 Server R2 Standard Edition SP2
SQL Server 2005:
Standard edition SP2

During installation of SP3 I have got the following error:
Failed to find installation media path due to datastore exception
in FindSetupFolder()
MSI (s) (98!88) [10:56:40:828]: Note: 1: 2203 2:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\Setup\SqlRun.msi 3: -2147287038

I went to Add or Remove Programs and after clicking button "Change" I have
got the following error:

"There was an unexpected failure during the setup wizard. You may review the
setup logs and/or click the help button for more information."

Any ideas?
