Default SQL Server 2005 64 bit under Windows7 - 11-01-2009 , 11:32 AM

I am migrating a database I have been developing in SQL Server 2005 from a XP
SP3 machine to a Win 7 machine. I am wondering if I should be installing the
64 bit version in Win 7 or stay with the 32 bit version for continuity?

I see little reason not to use x64 for the OS.

For SQL Server, you need to make sure that you don't use any extended
stored procedures, or use linked servers for which there are no 64-bit
providers. But if there are no such problems go for 64-bit SQL Server.
