Default SQL Compatibility level 90 missing from properties in sql 2005 - 04-20-2007 , 07:58 AM

I have sql 2005 installed on my notebook and my desktop pc, alongside sql 2000.
OIn the desktop everything is fine, and I can choose version 70, 80 or 90
compatibility levels in the properties options tab for databases (including
model database).
On the laptop I don't have the level 90 option for any databases in the
management studio, any idea why?

My first guess would be you're looking at the SQL 2000 instance.
