Hello: I am upgrading from SQL 2000 SP4 to SQL 2005. The upgrade of database services is taking a long time. The progress bar at the bottom is only on the 6th "block", and it has been there for over 30 minutes. Granted the databases are fairly large. One is over 4GB. There are about 18 databases. And, Task Manager says that the process is still running. But, should it be taking this long? childofthe1980s |

It's hard to tell whether 30 minutes are too long. I've seen upgrades taking longer than that. Linchi "childofthe1980s" wrote: Hello: I am upgrading from SQL 2000 SP4 to SQL 2005.
