SQL 2005 standard Cluster install

I have two node cluster. Installed instance on single node. Try to add node
two with sql installer and fails. Having trouble making a named pipe
connection to SQLsetup

Running: OpenPipeAction at: 7da/2/3 15:23:f

Complete: OpenPipeAction at: 7da/2/3 15:23:f, returned false

Error: Action "OpenPipeAction" failed during execution.

Running: CreatePipeAction at: 7da/2/3 15:23:f

Complete: CreatePipeAction at: 7da/2/3 15:23:f, returned true

Did you install a clustered instance of SQL or just an instance?
