I have cluster servers (Primary and Secondary) I checked all the services about clusters all are working fine. I successfully installed SQL 2005 server on primary server and I tried installing Service pack 2, while installing SP2 it was error, I attached the screen shot of the errors. Please advice me how to solve this issue.

I am new in Microsoft SQL Can any one tell me step by step installation procedures

The Error is "Data base Services" installation status failure.The erroe key is "KB921896" failed to install.

That is a very generic failure message. To diagnose this, you need to find
the SQL 2005 Install error log. Usually it is here:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Setup Bootstrap\LOG\Files

SQL 2005 installer logs are very verbose. You may have to get the files
from each node and see where the actual failure occurred.

Post back logs or log segments if you have further questions.
