Setting Up SQL Server 2005 Express Edition w/AS SP3 & IIS -

Hello,
I am wondering if someone could please help a beginner:
So I have downloaded and installed SQl Server 2005 Express Edition with
Advanced Services, along with the Samples and Toolkit already anumber of
times because I keep running into integration issues. First with Web
Developer, though that seems to be solved, but now with Reporting Services. I
should go ahead and say that I am doing this on my home computer (Windows
Vista) for learning purposes; ot at least trying.
So I am trying to install the Reporting Services everytime I try to
re-install SQL Server and it just will not come up on the 'Feature Selection'
portion of the install. I get the database services protion, and the clients
components, but nothing for reporting services.
On the previous screen I did uncheck the box to 'hide advanced configuration
options'
Whenever the install scans my computer's configuration, I am getting two
warning messages, the first being:
'Either your IIS is not installed/not present or it's disabled'
but I have checked this repetedly, and it is there and enabled, and running.
The second is the ASP.NET registration, stating that there is another
problem with IIS.
Can anyone help me with this....I am at my wits end with trying to install
this thing.
I am gone on to complete the installation, and find no Reporting Services
Configuration Manager in the Configuration folder of SQL Server 2005, and
according to this training material I have, that is exactly where it should
be.
