I'm attempting to upgrade our SQL 7.0 installation to SQL
2000 SP3a, but when I run setup, I get the following error
(which I remember running into before):

Error running script: messages.sql (1)

According to a listing in Microsoft's knowledge base, this
is most likely caused by a race condition that takes place
between SQL service startup and the setup program. There
is a fix for this, file s80305i.exe but the file is
password protected. Does anyone know the password?
