How big was the file that got downloaded? When I download SP3a, Windows
Explorer tells them that sql2ksp3.exe is 56,453 KB. You might want to try
downloading it again.

I do intend to try downloading again. The downloaded file was the size
you specified, which obviously is not correct. lol

Hmm, this is likely a dumb question, so please forgive me, but you are
looking in the directory that you specified in the dialog box when you ran
sql2ksp3.exe, right? Not the directory that you downloaded the file from our
website to, but the directory that you specified to unpack the files in when
you ran the downloaded sql2ksp3.exe file.

136 mb unpacked. I downloaded again and this time it unpacked properly.
