I haven't heard of it doing that but it should warn you that you need to
apply sp3 after you install sql in order for it to run. When it does just
continue on and it should install fine. If your running Win2003 Web Server
then it is NOT supported.

I try to install SQL Server 2000 to the Windows Server
2003. After the several screens that ask for installation
options, the SQL Server setup program terminated
immediately without any message. Is that SQL Server 2000
is not compatable with Windows Server 2003, or is there
any problem?

Thanks for answering my question!
