Problem with SAPWD on MSDE - 07-04-2003 , 02:32 PM

I have this error message "Unable to determine system default collation"
after I type C:\sql2ksp3\MSDE\setup SAPWD=YOUR_PASSWORD

then kick me out or install again

can anyone help me?
