I'm setting up a SQL server 2008 x64 cluster w/ 12GB of RAM each. I read
about the lock pages in memory user right assignment and I was wondering the
following:

1. is there any potential detriment to this setting?
2. Are there any pre/post steps that need to be done?
3. Does this have to be executed after SQL is installed?
4. If it exhausts the physical memory, will it page then?

any advice on this would be appreciated.
