Default Load on SQL Server of New Instance - 05-19-2004 , 09:03 AM

Can anybody tell me how to calculate the additional load
that would be placed on server of adding an additional
named instance (no 2) the database is used by about 12
people although only 4 all the time

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated

The only way to really know is to do an installtion that
mimics your production goals and test it.
