I started a GUI setup of MSSQL 2008, saved the result .ini file to a
new filesystem location, and then quit setup.

The setup includes instructions to install a named instance.

I would like to run a command-line installation, using the INI file,
and specifying in the file itself or as a parameter that the server
must run on port 500. How can I do this?

Once I figure this out I want to run tweak the command-line or config
file parameters to install two other instances, so it's important that
this be as unattended as possible.
