Hi,

I have the following error "Sql Server 2008 setup requires .net framework
3.5 to be installed " when i try to install Sql Server 2008, while .net
framework 3.5 and .net framework 3.5 sp 1 are installed.

any help is welcome.

Usually when it says so, it then procedes to install .Net 3.5 SP1. Or are
you trying to install SQL Server Express? (I don't recall if that
setup includes .Net 3.5 SP1.)
