We are using SQL Server 2005, and Database Mail was working fine. We replaced our Exchange 5.5 machine with a Exchange 2007 machine. Now I am getting the following message when I try to send an email through Database Mail: Message The mail could not be sent to the recipients because of the mail server failure. (Sending Mail using Account 4 (2007-04-25T14:57:52). Exception Message: Cannot send mails to mail server. (The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.). ) Is there some certificate on SQL Server that refers to my old exchange server, and that may not be in sync with my new exchange server? If so, how can I get them in sync? I have tried different combinations of "This server requires SSL" and of SMTP Authenticationin the Database Mail account, but I keep getting the same message. Thanks, George |
