Default User permission being removed when i restore database on another server. - 09-09-2011 , 05:34 PM

Hi All,

I have 2 sql servers 2008.

Every night we backup the database on server A and then load it on
server B as an archive.

The problem is on server A i created a user in logins and gave them
datareader access to the database, i did the same on server B.

then at night the database loaded on Server B and the datareader
access has gone. I have to manually do it everyday....delete the user
out of the database on Server B, then give it datareader access in the
logins section.

Can someone please help as to how to the permissions can remain when i
restore the database on Server B every night.

thanks for you help.
