Hi,
Can I do SQL server replication if I have SQL server purchased[for SQL
2000 and SQL 2005], or is there a separat product?

Replication is a built-in feature of SQL Server. You do not need to buy
another product to get it running.

If you want to replicate between 2000 and 2005 you might find this thread
interesting.
