This KB article isn't publicly available on the web yet so you'll have to
contact PSS and open a case to get more information about it. There is a
Contact Microsoft link in the middle of the page at
http://support.microsoft.com/ if you're not sure how to do that.

If you heard about the patch from someone in MS Support, ask them directly
for more information, especially if it was in a case you already have open.
