OS upgrade to Windows2003 ? - 10-19-2003 , 03:44 PM

Currently on SQL 2000 SP3a and Windows 2000 Advanced Server ? Is it just a
simple OS upgrade to Windows 2003 EE as in just stick the CD in and hit
upgrade or whatever ? How long does it take and has anyone faced any issues
by doing so ?
