Has SQL Server 2008 been officially released?

Hi Folks,

We're a shop that is required to keep our clients at n-1. So I'm wondering,
and I can't find conclusive evidence, if SQL Server 2008 has been officially
released.

SQL Server 2008 is not released yet. The latest stage is the CTP from
February 2008:
