I had to failover our SQL 2000 EE Cluster yesterday and found the following
errors in the SQL Log.

"Failed to Obtain TransactionDispenserInterface"

I have searched a bit and found that it appears that the MSDTC service is
not running when the failover occurs.

I looked into Cluster manager and I don't see where MSDTC is a part of the
Cluster Group that will failover. Did we miss something when we set this up?

Should it be added in?
