When I try to do create a merge replication A -> B i get this error :

Server B is added to A subscribers list as a AddressIP\InstanceName (
10.1.0.3\mssql3).

When I've added B to A subscribers list as a HostName\InstanceName (
Bydgoszcz\mssql3 ) and created second push subscribtion to this new B it was
ok

Cant I use IP address ? What if servers are in diffrent sub-networks? I cant
connect to server by Host Name and when I try with IP i get this error :/

Try creating an alias to the IP address.
