Hi,

i have a SQL Server 2000 database installed on a machine with the Windows
locale set to English. This database has a table where the column name is in
japanese.
My application running on another machine (windows locale set to english)
connects to the above database using ODBC. However iam not able to read the
japanese column names correctly. Is there any way to tell the ODBC driver to
interpret the data it is reading as Japanese ?
