I'm looking for suggestions on Inserting into relational tables from an
Adobe pdf form. It's easy to set up a data connection to one table
from the forms designer, but I'm looking for tips on how to insert the
key ids into the "child" tables.

Alternatively....

is to have the user send the XML form data in an e-mail, which is then
somehow parsed out and inserted into the appropriate tables with the
right id key. Any tips on that would be appreicated too.
