Default XML/A and AS2005 - 03-12-2006 , 03:40 PM

If I had well understood SSAS2005 is supposed to speak XML/A. Does it mean
that SSAS2005 has it's own webservices already built in, or do I need to
install puump etc... into my IS ?

rgds,

Reno

you have to setup IIS correctly.

this is how:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/pro.../httpasws.mspx

but there is issues and MS has released a patch (available throw support
request only)

Hi,

Just order yoru free copy of ReportPortal from www.gmsbv.nl and install
it on your SSAS2005 and you can make your first SSAS 2005 OLAP report
based on XMLA within 15 seconds.

Regards, Marco
