Default XML for analysis services - 01-20-2006 , 09:25 AM

I have a analysis services database running in my computer and I have
installed the xmla v 1.1
I created the virtual directory in IIS 6.0 with the file msxisapi.dll
but I can't connect my application with the xmla data source in
http://localhost/xmla/msxisapi.dll
I don't know what is wrong with this, or if i have to do something
more...

The following information would help understanding what the issue may be:

1. Which version of Analysis Services are you using?
2. Have you tried the sample applications that come with the XMLA SDK?
3. How does your application fail? With what detailed error message?

Thanks,
Akshai

Thanks akahai...I was able to clear my query log by editing the mdb directly.
Thanks! When I go back and try to clear the log again through the analyisis
manager, I still get the object closed error previously mentioned in this
thread...so I assume that maybe my analysis services install is somehow
corrupted. But with your good suggestion, I was able to clear bad entries
out of the query log, rerun my slow queries, and then add specific
aggregations via the normal usage based optimization route. Thanks again!
