I noticed there is no writeback option for sql server personal edition
version. I can't upgrade it to enterprise edition because my OS is not a
server.
Is there a way to add writeback option to analysis service of personal
edition?

You have to install Developer Edition. It has the feature set of Enterprise
Edition, but runs on non-Server OS' -- like Windows XP. It was targeted at
developers needing to develop applications but whom are not running on
server-class hardware (or running server OS').
