Hi !!!!

When is use the option Based-Usage Optimization for best faster cubes never
see the querys of the Log.

SQL Server 2000 with SP3.
Windows 2003 Server.

Why Why ???

Please Help !!

by default AS create a log every 10 queries.
if you don't play with your cube, or allways with the same dimensions /
measures, then your log will be near empty.

another point, close your admin console and reopen it to purge the local
buffers of your computer.
also, verify if you can access the log database (an access database by
default)

UBO is discussed extensively in the AS Performance Guide

It is an extremely important wizard to improve performance on complex cubes,
i.e. those with high dimensionality; nor size in the number of records in
the fact table.
