Hi,

We have different clients with AS cubes with data from a
production system. We have added drill to detail code
(drillthrough.htc) from Office XP Toolpack in the owc
webpages.

Some clients can't use drill to detail at all (even though
it works in AM). Other clients have some users, ex on one
citrix server, that can't do it.

What are the the things to check (versions of pts, office
service-packs , authentication or installation settings
etc...) to avoid problems when using owc xp (and use drill
to detail)???

We use ASY2K sp2 and data is stored either in sqlserver
2000 or in oracle 8.1.7. Clients uses office XP.
