Default Weird Dimension issue in Excel PivotTable (from OLAP) - 04-19-2006 , 11:09 AM

Good Morning All,

We have a cube residing in AS 2000 and our clients access it using the Excel
2003 PivotTable services. One has brought to my attention that after
manipulating one of the reports (some drill-downs), a dimension in the Page
Area starts acting very weird. It looks normal; however, when one clicks on
the drop-down, members of another dimension appear in it.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Are there any solutions?

Thanks!

I've actually seen the same.

I tried pulling the page fields out of the pivottable an applying them again
which seemed to work.

Would like to hear if this work around works with you as well.

By the way - what AS 2000 SP are you running ?
