Default virtual dimension based on 2 or more dimensions - 03-04-2004 , 06:01 AM

Hi,

I would like to use a new dimension based on 2 non related dimensions and call this a reporting dimension in the rows and in the columns one of the non related dimensions. I tried this in MSAS 2000, but I did get loop errors.

Any idea if this is possible with MSAS 2000 and how to do this. You can test this with the sample foodmart 2000 and try to have both city and gender in a new dimension in the rows and another dimension as column.

Regards,
Marco

Virtual dimension based on more than one dimension is not supported.
