Default % variance - 10-01-2004 , 03:50 AM

I calculate a variance EX:revenue - cost.
I am looking for a property to change as I want my resut
as percent change.
Ex (revenue-cost)/cost *100

I use ProClarity. Do you know if my requirement can be
solved ?

have your try to create the formula in procalrity?
(revenue-cost)/cost appear to works fine and ProClarity can supportthis
formula (simply apply the percent format)

Procla allow you to edit the MDX syntax of the formula, simply change it.

Well, thanks for the advice.
It doesn't change my problem, I need a measure by type of
display. One measure for the profit, one measure for the
percent.
But Proclarity gets easier the measure calculation.
