User Defined Aggregations in SSAS2005

In AS2000 a developer could design custom aggregations using the Partition
Aggregation Utility. This tool was very helpful to us.

Is there a similar way to write custom aggs in SSAS2005?

Haven't found out how to do this quite yet.
