When to connect in Analysis Server, I get the error messge Cannot
connect to SERVER registry or you are not a member of the OLAP
AdministratorGroup.

I have applied SP4. I start the services using the Local System Account.

Any suggestions?

Many things can cause this error. It is a catchall.
There are a few steps in the Troubleshooting section of the AS Operations
Guide that you can try:
