Unable Access to SP4 beta

I have tried downloading the beta sp4 for analysis services to fix this
problem:
FIX: Dimension Security on a Cube with Distinct Count May Return #ERR
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/829897

However the guestId for downloading the beta is invalid.

I really need to test this fix ASAP to see if it will help me in
resolving the issue

Is there another way to get the beta?

Does anyone know when the actual sp4 will be released?
