There in on the net a tutorial (a step by step developed application) like
the tutorial included with Analysis services for the Sql server accelerator
for BI?

I don't think so - Accelerator is an example of how it can be done using
some best (or good..) practices - so you can read
the extensive documentation and generate the applications that follow the
accelerator and after that you can examine sql bases, dts
packages and as bases and compare this to the documentation.
