Hi,

I am looking for some training (preferrably classroom, interactive) on MDX.
Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Subhash

Some of the companies listed in http://www.mosha.com/msolap/consult.htm do
training, including on MDX.

George Spofford and DSS Labs used to offer an intense MDX training course..
I haven't seen George lately in the newsgroups and the dsslab.com web site
seems to be gone too... Perhaps George is retired on a nice tropical island
somewhere...

Actually, he took a job in Hyperion.

That's a shame - the courses that he offered sound like they were very
valuable. You can see what was there at one time by visiting the Internet
Wayback machine, located at http://www.archive.org/web/web.php ... Enter
http://www.dsslab.com and hit the "Take Me Back" button.

There's some courses described at the Microsoft site, such as
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/sy...093afinal.mspx
"Implementing Business Logic with MDX in Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Course
2093".

For now, I have Mosha's book "Fast Track to MDX" and George's "MDX
Solutions" (these are described at http://www.mosha.com/msolap/books.htm)
and all the good people here, to help me stumble along :-)
