Caveat: olap newbie!

I have two tables - one with a column occurrencedate and
the other with a column weekbeginning, which is already
aggregated. To get them on the same cube in a meaningful
way, I need a common time dimension. This would be
provided by time_by_day, but it only goes up to 1998.

Can I get an up to date time_by_day table from somewhere?
Or is there another way of doing this?
