Time on Col and Row

I need report with month on rows and years in columns like this:

2000 2001 2002 …
jan
feb
mar
…

Is it possible to get this without creating special dimension for months?

I'm using ProClarity for browsing Analysis Server…

ProClarity does not allow placing one dimension on both axes.
You're going to have to create a separate dimension.
