Is there anyway to terminate an AS Query in EXCEL when the "ESCAPE"
key is pressed. We are having some issues where the end-user will
terminate the EXCEL execution of a AS Query (via PTS) by hitting the
ESCAPE key. The ESCAPE key is freeing the EXCEL session and allowing
the end-user to issue other AS Queries, but the query is still running
on the server.

Hi Mike,
as long as the query is executed on the clientside,
shutting down and restarting excel will stop the query.

If you are working server side, the only way to stop a
query is shutting down AS server.
