Hi, I have tried everything that I got as help/suggestion from replies/various posts but even after applying SP3 of Analysis Services, I still get the version of SP1. I have checked the Registry and it shows the right entries but the About Box of AS still shows SP1 ![]() I even tried installing it by first disabling all SQL related services and a couple of other tips too but still.... Can someone please help. -- Thanks. |

The About... box that you get from Help inside MMC is wrong. Right click the 'Analysis Servers' node in the tree pane and choose 'About Analysis Services...' from there. That will tell you the correct Service Pack/hotfix level. This only applies to your local installation though. There is no way from Analysis Manager to check the Service Pack level of a remote Analysis Server instance. -- Jacco Schalkwijk SQL Server MVP "Learner" <wantnospam (AT) email (DOT) com> wrote in message news:MPG.1b3fc87ec15ca82c989709 (AT) msnews (DOT) microsoft.com...
