if not... you can't download it.

SQL Server 2005 Beta2 is available via MSDN or by participating in the
official beta program (contact your local Microsoft representative to be
nominated, but most of the programs are pretty full right now). With Beta3
our plans, at this point, are to provide a general available beta
distribution.

So my advice is to search for someone in your company who has MSDN
subscription. :-) or join yourself.
If you are a serious user of Microsoft technology, the benefits are *well
worth* the subscription price.
